PT Allegiance Primaparts Indonesia (API) is a subsidiary of Kian Chue Hwa (KCH) Industries Pte Ltd of Kian Ann Group in Singapore. Since 1974, KCH has a long history and know-how in the distribution of European trucks and bus parts.

Established in 1976, Kian Chue Hwa is a reputable distributor of European commercial and industrial vehicle spare parts to the Asia – Pacific region. The company specializes in parts for on-high-way trucks, trailers, buses, off-highway trucks and industrial engine parts. 

The company’s stable of well-known brands include Mercedes-Benz, which is an authorised parts stockist in Singapore for more than 25 years, as well as 70 other brand such as Wabco, Schomacker, ZF, Sachs, Lemforder, Haidex among others.

Established in 1965, Kian Ann Engineering Pte Ltd is one of the world’s largest independent distributors of heavy machinery parts and diesel engine components. Our products are used for excavators, bulldozers, wheel loaders, motor graders, trucks, trailers, power generation sets and marine engines. 

Formerly listed on the Singapore Exchange Limited (SGX) since 1996, Kian Ann was privatised in February 2013, when it became a member of Invicta Holdings Limited, an investment holding and management company based in South Africa. Listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange, Invicta controls and manages assets of over USD 1 billion.
